We operate across three Business Units: General & Legal Operations, Corporate Governance & Secretary Services, and the Privacy & Security Office. The role
We are looking for a Senior/Principal Legal, Compliance & Governance Interim Consultant to support our clients across public, semi-public, and private sector contexts. Depending on your profile, you will work within one or more Business Units, delivering strategic legal and governance expertise and high-quality reference documentation. You will also help safeguard quality, support knowledge sharing, and contribute to strengthening client relationships.
Responsibilities
Content & delivery
Draft and/or review governance and compliance frameworks, legal/policy documents, and privacy/data governance documentation
Translate key regulatory frameworks into actionable guidance (e.g., GDPR, Data Governance Act, Data Act, DORA, NIS1/2)
Deliver review notes, drafts, and final reference documents
Engage directly with senior stakeholders (e.g., CISOs, DPOs, legal counsel, management)
Quality, knowledge sharing & growth
Ensure consistency and quality in line with the JPF methodology
Coach and support consultants; review and validate deliverables
Contribute to proposals, tenders, and engagement plans
Maintain and deepen client relationships; identify opportunities within ongoing assignments

Job requirements
✅ Must-have
Master’s degree in Law
7–10+ years of relevant experience (Senior / Principal level)
Proven expertise in legal, compliance and/or governance
Practical experience with:
GDPR
Data Governance Act and/or Data Act
DORA
Experience working in complex organizations and/or collaboration structures
Proven track record delivering policy documents and reference frameworks
Able to independently manage dossiers and act as SPOC towards the client
Able to provide at least 3 relevant reference projects
➕ Nice-to-have
Experience in public or semi-public environments
Experience with data platforms, ecosystems, or federated governance
Knowledge of additional EU digital regulation (e.g., AI Act, NIS2)
Experience with coaching, mentoring, or quality review
Experience contributing to proposals and/or public tenders
Professional working knowledge of French and/or English
